At the Plainfield Grassroots Community Development Corporation (PGCDC) our mission is to provide high quality community services for our children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
All programs and services will benefit and enrich the social, physical, educational, and spiritual life of the participants.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Multiple forms are required to fully register each child for Agape Summer Day Camp. Click and download the guide and all forms here.

Camp Fees: $125.00 per week per child (This covers all activities, meals, field trips and transportation)
Registration Fee: $100 (non-refundable) plus first two weeks must be paid in advance to the Plainfield Grassroots CDC.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks will be served.
There is a two week minimum for participation in our program.
